My experience's with Google Reader

My experiences this time around are not as positive as they were with my findings my original time. With our first assignment i found everything very easy to navigate through the website's. With this particular excersize I had a harder time trying to find out about google reader. Although i was able to finally navigate through the application and was able to be able to add some feeds and sharing of particular stories i did not like how it all work. For instance using google reader your are limited to the main stories on whichever website you are choosing to share, and if you were to go to the actual website than you would be able to check out alot more than just top news.

The three ways i found most applicable for google reader was these following three ways: 1) you were able to simply log into your google account and then into reader and simply type in the URL of the website you wanted to have information delivered to you. 2) i was able to add google reader to my google Chrome internet browser which now all appears within the browser, this i find a little better because it's always there and i feel like i dont have to do anything and the information is all in front of me. 3) You can sign up for buzz.google.com which was my least favorite way of accessing reader, but this application allows you to share photo's and information from the latest website's you visit with friends and people who are following you.

Overall, I have to say that i would simply enjoy going to the actual website rather than try and see how reader has delivered me the information. Im a old style kind of person and as much as i enjoyed the idea of blogging over using social network sites, i personally would rather go to the actual website when looking up information and photo's.
